Lubricators

Master Pneumatic offers a range of Airline Lubricators ranging in size from 1/8” to 1.5” and are designed to introduce atomised oil into the airline, so that down-stream equipment can be adequately lubricated. Lubricators are offered in both Sight-Feed and Wick-Feed configurations and to complement the range, ISO certified lubricator oil is sold in conveniently sizes bottles.

The Master Pneumatic Single Point Lubricator (SPL) was specifically designed to lubricate Air Tools. Installed up-stream of the air tool, the SPL injects an exact amount of oil at the inlet of the tool, ensuring precise lubrication at the point of use and thereby reduces the ‘feast-or-famine’ lubrication of convention mist-type lubricators. Both the amount of oil and frequency of injection are adjustable to ensure minimum oil wastage, reduce tool downtime and reduce maintenance costs.
